Helping the Homebound

will be forwarded on to the appropriate ministry team.  

Visitation 
The visitation team connects with those who are homebound, hospitalized, in a convalescent center, or recuperating at home. Our goal is to provide encouragement and support to those who may feel isolated or alone. 

Home Communion 
Lay Eucharistic Ministers bring the Lord’s Supper to those who are homebound, hospitalized, in a care facility, or in other circumstances preventing them from attending public worship. 

 

Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest (LSS-SW)
As part of their aging and disability services LSS-SW uses Luminaria Home Care to provide quality care which enables seniors and individuals with disabilities to live at home and maintain their highest level of independence.  For more information on Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest, please visit their website at Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest.

Volunteer Interfaith Caregiver Program (VICaP)
